This is the first article for the five communities of Encinitas.  There's a lot happening here and sometimes it is difficult to get to the facts.... this forum is intended to get to the truth of the issues within the community... Residents of Encinitas and local business owners are invited to submit articles of interest to the community.  I only ask that you submit material that is factual... that is, you can reference where you obtained the information and you are willing to sign your name.
